Hello, l live in Los Angeles and am looking to hire someone to teach me the basics for video editing on Sony's Vegas software. I don't need to do anything too fancy, just the ins and outs of capturing, rendering, basic effects, basic audio, etc. Let me know the rates for your time, and l look forward to connecting with you....drop me a private message to discuss.
Thank You!
Thank You!

Re: Looking for tutor/training Sony Vegas
Wed, November 14, 2007 - 3:47 AMThank you so much for this. I'm editing my first big feature- nearly 2 hours long and it's due in stores in January, and this helps. Also, regarding that "cinematic look"- Believe it or not, for under $1000 you can get the Canon consumer HD camcorders, either the HG10 (hard disk drive) or HV20 (mini DV) that shoot in the 24p cinema mode. I generally use the Panasonic DVX100B (and soon HVX200), but the Canon surprised me with its quality. As for editing software that converts to 24p- AVID has it in its program, and if you think learning Vegas is a trip....... -
